Refund Policy

Digital products

Our products are digital software licenses delivered electronically. Once a license is activated, it cannot be "returned" like a physical product.

Refund window

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if:

• You have not activated the license, or
• You have not substantially used the Software (for example extensive import/download workflows), and
• You contact us within the refund window.

How to request a refund

Email hello@universalassetlibrary.com from the email used at checkout. Include your order ID, purchase date, and reason for the request.

We aim to respond within 2–3 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method through Razorpay, subject to their processing times.

When refunds are not available

We generally cannot offer a refund if:

• The refund window has passed.
• The license was activated and the Software was substantially used.
• You changed your mind after heavy use.
• A third-party online source changed, broke, or was removed (see Terms and EULA).
• Your third-party provider account was suspended or banned.
• You violated the EULA or Terms.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a payment dispute. We will try to resolve issues fairly. Abusive chargebacks may result in license cancellation.

Taxes

Universal Asset Library is not GST-registered at the time of this policy. Refunds, if approved, cover the amount you paid as shown on your receipt, except where payment processors handle fees under their own rules.

Indian consumers

Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under applicable Indian consumer protection law. For grievances, email hello@universalassetlibrary.com.
